At Polleni we manage print jobs for all of our clients. When we design a set of business cards for a brand identity, we then lead our client through the various options we have for making these cards really stand-out and sing.

We advise on stock, weight and price-per-unit, and are constantly meeting with specialist printing companies to make sure we know all the latest finishes and flourishes.

Print management is the management of these print tasks. Ultimately it's the coordination of all of the processes that take place between us, a printer and the machines that demand print jobs.

Print management is a term which loosely defines a mixture of many disciplines - including procurement, storage, stock control and distribution of printed material to provide cost savings whilst delivering a managed print solution.

Print is so diverse that this management covers anything from business cards, brochures and letterheads; to cardboard boxes, retail displays, vinyl graphics, signage and even printed USB sticks.

We like to manage as much of this as possible, creating not only the original designs for printed materials - but also keeping control of the print management process for as many steps as possible for our clients too.
